I help people see the throughline in their complexity – and shape it into a story that expands what’s possible.

This is counter-narrative work, for people who refuse to be reduced.

Throughout many times in my life, I’ve lived in the space between stories - the moments when old identities fall away and new ones haven’t fully formed. That tension is what taught me the power of narrative. And it’s what I help others walk through now - with clarity, courage, and a voice that feels like theirs.

I’ve spent over 15 years helping people, brands, and platforms (From the Netflix, SNL, TEDx & the United Nations) name what matters, distill what’s real, and express it with resonance - from big stages to intimate rooms.

I’m the founder of Common Ground Studios, an award-winning creative company focused on purpose-driven storytelling; host of Say It Again, a podcast exploring the stories we inherit, outgrow, and reclaim; and co-host of the TV series People You Should Know, championing everyday heroes shaping their communities for the better.

Whether through coaching, media, or conversation - the goal is the same: to help people live into the story only they can tell.
